Choosing to write a review after our THIRD poor experience in the store. The dark headed lady (I think is the owner?) has treated me, my sister, and my mother horribly on multiple occasions. She’s rude, does not help, and when my mom asked a question, she told her it was on the socials and to look there. We had previously registered there when my nephew was born and have purchased 1000s of dollars worth of merchandise from them. NEVER AGAIN. On a separate occasion, we walked in, and she would not even speak to us. Didn’t ask if we needed anything, just ignored us in the store. We were the ONLY ones in the store. One instance is forgivable. 3 is just who you are. Sidenote: to be a baby store, the bathroom doesn’t even have a changing table. Make that make sense. 🤔 Edited after store reply 12/1: We put all orders under my mom or sister's name (they already had accounts) in the database including a baby registry, which is why I personally do not pop up. I have no desire to reach out to the store after our last visit this past weekend and will not do so. Thank you anyway.

I called for help with a gift and had the best experience! Abigail was so helpful & quick - she understood exactly what I needed. I always love shopping at Nursery Rhymes, but today’s experience was above & beyond thanks to Abigail!!!

Update: The owner called me regarding my review. She was very kind and gracious, and we had a great conversation. I appreciate that she took the time to call me. On the call, she mentioned sending a discount for a future purchase for my trouble, but I never received one. While I did not receive the discount, I ultimately hope the employee who I dealt with is better going forward. The store is very pretty, and they have a large variety of products. I recently placed 2 orders from here for pickup as I’m not from the area. Both orders were gifts, and on each order, I paid to have each gift wrapped. When I came to pickup, they were not actually wrapped. They were just placed in cellophane and tissue paper, which would’ve been fine, but I paid extra to have these gifts wrapped. When I pointed this out to the woman working, she said “we only gift wrap over $75.” I had spent over $75 between the two orders. When I pointed that out, she said “Well, it was two orders.” I said that’s fine it was but still the same amount of money spent on the same day and nonetheless (and the key part here), I paid for gift wrapping on both orders. We LOVE all of their inventory! The best timeless selection, and the associates are also so helpful when trying to shop with two small children clinging onto me! It’s my go to childrens shop.
